PAUL WHITLEY

Managing Director

MA (Cantab) - Dip.Arch - Dip.I.C.Arb. - R.I.B.A. - F.C.I.Arb.

Paul Whitley heads the group, bringing 40 years’ experience of leading the company with numerous successful developments both in London and across the UK.

His particular expertise is in the development of the project brief and design strategy and in securing planning consents. Paul has an impressive track record of achieving the right planning consent.

Paul has a detailed understanding of planning policies and the legal context of the development. He also acts as arbitrator to resolve construction disputes.

BARBARA PANELLA

Business Development Manager

Masters of Science: International Political Sciences & Economics - Post Graduate Degree in Marketing and Management

Barbara has 10 years’ experience in sourcing sites and conducting first stage research on feasibility. She is the first point of contact for establishing and maintaining relationships with estate agents and landowners to source new investment opportunities.

ERICA ESPOSITO

Architect

Erica joined the team in 2018 and had brought with her, her fiery passion for both life and architecture.

Erica’s technical understanding gained from her eight years’ working experience in Italy, working on projects in the commercial, residential, and transport sector.

Erica has a further five years’ experience working in the UK. She has worked in a few notable architectural practices as well as an interior design firm where she’s developed her love and flair for design and technical detailing. Erica has a keen interest in sustainable design and architecture as well as lighting design.

Erica is currently the project lead on East End Road, a residential development in East Finchley.

 

SOLEDAD FERRACO

Architectural Assistant & Designer

Master of Architecture (MArch) - Universidad Nacional de Tucuman, Argentina.

Sole brings with her, her energy and a passion for design along with more than seven years’ experience gained from projects of varying scales, in Argentina. She is particularly adept to the graphic representation, and her keen eye for design allows her to approach each project with great skill and finesse.

Sole has been part of the Re-creo team for almost three years and in this time has worked on several projects, ranging from preparing planning submissions, master planning and design. Her attention to detail and ability to problem solve aids in her role as lead designer for the prospective jobs, from concept design to master planning. Sole has a keen interest in city planning and sustainable architecture.

 

ELENI ZIOVA

Architectural Assistant

Eleni is Re-creo’s BIM guru and her contribution has helped streamline the project production process. She assists the team on the varies projects from the design stage to the technical documentation stage of the projects.

Among Eleni’s many accomplishment’s, she received the Young Architects Competition 2015 award for her master plan and conceptual design proposal for the Rome Community Ring.

Eleni’s contribution and eagerness to learn and master her craft makes her an asset to the team.

 

TONI SERRAO  

Architect Assistant

M.Arch. (Prof) -  BAS (Hons)

Toni assists the team with schematic planning and design proposals.

 

SCOTT 

Finance & Office Manager

BA Hons: Communication Arts – Leeds University.

Scott joined the Re-creo team to bring together his jack of all trades skill to ensure the smooth running of the office. He has twelve years of experience managing financial matters for companies across varying sectors.

Scott’s role in the team is providing project appraisals, cash-flow and forecast support, as well as handling the day-to-day office administrative and all the financial duties.
