We bought the freehold of this site unconditionally, secured vacant possession by procuring the reversion of the long leasehold, resolved adverse rights and easements by procuring the agreements with covenant holders, created an affordable housing led mixed-use scheme, procured the necessary due diligence to confirm the project’s viability and planning consent potential to the Genesis Housing Group, and then sold the site to them by way of a sophisticated VAT effective structure. We then developed the scheme design, negotiated a successful planning consent, procured the construction contract, and project managed the construction of the scheme to completion and handover to Genesis.
