Working in partnership with a Private Wealth Fund, we acquired a redundant nursing home in Hampstead for the development primarily of large lateral high end flats. We created an enhanced marriage value by joining this site with one at Regis Road which would accommodate the shared ownership accommodation necessary to complement those on this site, procured positive pre-application planning advice from L. B Camden and then submitted a detailed planning application. The combined scheme viability was impacted by the dramatic fall in property values in 2008-9, and as a consequence we withdrew from the partnership.
